Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with NETCUBE Inc. within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive this notice.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us or our payment processor, Paddle.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by making an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or a completed withdrawal form).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will refund any amounts you have paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
- Your access to npass.io will be terminated
- Any data processed during the contract period may not be recoverable
Digital Content and Immediate Performance
Important: The npass.io service is a digital service that involves immediate performance. Once you consent to the commencement of service delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right, your right to withdraw expires upon the start of service delivery.
If you do not wish to lose your withdrawal right, do not consent to the immediate start of service delivery. You must provide this consent in writing or electronically for the withdrawal right to be lost.

You may use the following model form to declare your withdrawal. However, it is not mandatory:
Refund Processing
We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that Paddle.com handles refund processing as our Merchant of Record. Your refund will be processed according to Paddle's refund policy and procedures.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Contracts for digital content if you have given your express consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
- Customized or substantially personalized services that cannot be returned or resold
No Penalty or Charges
We will not charge you any penalty or additional costs for exercising your right of withdrawal, except where otherwise permitted by law. Your refund will reflect the full amount paid, though we may deduct the costs of returning goods if applicable (not applicable for digital services).
